Fur Harbour
Fur Harbour is a small, charming marina full of character, surrounded by truly unique nature. It’s definitely worth a visit.
This gem in the Limfjord, Fur Harbour, offers 145 berths. The marina is small and charming, located right next to the ferry terminal where the ferry departs for Branden in Salling. The harbour is also home to cutters engaged in mussel fishing.
The island of Fur boasts a unique and fascinating natural landscape, including moler cliffs where you can find fossils dating back 55 million years. There is a tourist information office right by the harbour, along with modern toilets and showers that are cleaned several times daily. A washing machine and dryer are available, and a Dagli’Brugsen supermarket is located nearby.
Marine diesel can be refueled directly at the harbour, and petrol is available 200 meters away at Dagli’Brugsen, where you can borrow a trolley with tank and pump.
Fur Harbour features a service building for sailors with a lounge and kitchen. Additional facilities include toilets (including accessible toilets), showers, and a laundry room. The sailors’ lounge is freely available and reserved for guest sailors and permanent berth holders. It includes a refrigerator, coffee machine, cutlery, and tableware. An outdoor kitchen is also available at the harbour.
The harbour proudly flies the Blue Flag.
The slipway and mast crane are free to use for both guest sailors and permanent berth holders, operated at your own risk.
