Join the exclusive seafood dinner prepared by Rasmus Overgaard Kardyb. Originally from Mors, Rasmus returned “home” after 10 years at top restaurants in Copenhagen (including Formel B). In 2020, he opened the critically acclaimed Limfjorden Hus.
The evening includes a welcome with snacks, a 4-course menu with paired wines, and coffee/tea with sweets. Price: DKK 1,095 per person incl. wine menu (excl. fee)
16 waiters will compete in a Waiter Battle, judged by a professional panel while serving guests at the table. As part of the competition, the waiters select the wine menu from H.J. Hansen Vin. The Waiter Battle is held in collaboration with the Danish Chefs Association.
Seafood Gourmet Menu 2025:
Fresh oysters with champagne cocktail (created by your competition waiter)
Poached oyster with horseradish, lovage, and pickled cucumber
Flatfish baked on the bone with smoked mussel blanette, steamed onions, and baby carrots
Beef tartare with pepper cream, dried tomato, and crouton
Cheese with crispy and sweet accompaniments
Frangipane with vanilla ice cream and flambéed blackberry
Coffee/tea with sweets
Served with a wine menu from H.J. Hansen Vin and Theis Vine, selected by the competition waiter. Each waiter creates their own champagne cocktail as part of the contest.
