Bjørneborg - Camp school
Bjørneborg is a camp school surrounded by nature – close to Hanklit and Salgerhøj. With stunning views, water access, and great facilities, it’s the ideal place for camps, stays, and events.
In the middle of the forest, close to Hanklit and Salgerhøj, lies Bjørneborg. With its truly unique view and the rich nature experiences the area offers, we dare say we are Denmark’s best-located camp school. We’re just a stone’s throw from the water and have access to a newly built bathing jetty.
The camp school is owned by KFUM and KFUK and has a tradition of hosting many fantastic events such as summer camps, school stays, weddings, excursions, birthdays, team-building activities, and much more. There is space and opportunity for both young and old, and with 84 sleeping places spread across two dormitories and three leader rooms with two beds each, we can accommodate over 90 guests.
- 3 dormitories with 20, 20, and 44 bunk beds respectively
- 3 leader rooms with 2 beds each
- Large meeting and dining hall with wood-burning stove and sofa area
- Conference room/cozy lounge
- Kitchen with coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, stove, oven, and tableware for 100 people
- Outdoors we have two fire pits, picnic tables, a sports field, swings, and a sandbox
- There are 15 tables measuring 220 x 80 cm
