A library in historic surroundings from the former iron foundry
Morsø Folkebibliotek is housed in part of the former Morsø Jernstøberi, which closed in the 1990s.
The current library building was ready on 1 January 2001.
Art on the walls from local artists connected to Mors
Throughout the library hang works of art by local artists who either live on Mors or have a connection to the island.
Option to work online using your own or the library's computers
Visitors can bring their own laptop and use the library's wireless network.
Desktop computers are also available in the library.
Games and activities for both children and adults
There is the opportunity to play computer games, Wii and traditional board games in the library's spaces.
Access with self-service from morning to evening
The library offers self-service from 07.00 to 22.00. Staffing varies from week to week.
