Experience life at sea up close at the quay in Nykøbing Mors! On Saturday, October 11 at 10:30 AM, enjoy an open cutter event with oyster landing and free mussel tastings.
Join us in welcoming the ship at the quay and marking the landing of oysters (limited quantity). Step aboard a real oyster and mussel boat in collaboration with the Danish Mussel Industry Association, where a local Limfjord fisherman opens his vessel to visitors. Learn about life as a fisherman, the transplantation of mussel spat, and the reseeding program that returns young mussels to the fjord. Enjoy free tastings of mussels prepared using the fisherman’s own recipe.
